Licence Plate Nuts and Bolts Fundraising Project Clubs that participate contact their local County Clerk or License Bureau Manager to avail this project as a service to their customers and to the community. Assure them that all proceeds are returned to the community through your Kiwanis Community Service projects. You might mention a few projects and promote your Club. We have some sites that the Clerks sell the Packaged Nuts and Bolts over-the-counter at $1. Others allow us to put in a machine which dispenses them for a dollar. The Kiwanis Club of Boulder supplies bulk nuts and bolts to over 20 Kiwanis Clubs in the Rocky Mountain District. Imagine, a net profit of 300-400% We suggest ordering a starter package for 250 sets each of rust proof steel bolts and nuts, and steel screws and plastic nuts. Clubs receive a sale sign, 500 plastic bags to package four nuts and four bolts in each package. You will need to add your own card insert and staple. You're in business with sales of $500 for only an investment of $175 plus shipping. A profit of 350%. You will be joining a large group of successful License Plate Nuts & Bolts programs.
